Pre-race meeting: 9:15 a.m.
Race start: 10:00 a.m.
From I-405 North or South: Take the 8th St. Exit and head west. Cross downtown Bellevue just north of Bellevue Square. Continue west until NE 8th merges with Lake Washington Blvd. NE in the "Town of Clyde Hill." Turn right on Lake Washington Blvd. NE and continue to a four-way stop. On your left you will see a Chevron station. Continue west across the stop until you reach Evergreen Point Road. Turn left until the road disappears in the lake. Stop before you disappear as well. If successful, you should see Medina Beach Park on your right. Park legally.
From Hwy 520 W: Take 84th. St. NE Exit and go south until you reach the four-way stop described above. Follow directions from there.
Both race distances start and finish at Medina Beach Park.
Long Course: circumnavigate Mercer Island, clockwise.
Short Course: head to the east channel bridge, around any pillar, and return to the park.
Long Course: Richard Tarbell and Greg Spooner, 1:36:12 in 2005 in a 2X.
Short Course: Randy Sigle/Martin Carey/Adonis Scandalis/Kerim Ayden/Patricia
