Leave I-5 at Exit 133 onto SR 705. Take Schuster Parkway ramp off 705. Turn off Schuster onto Rustin Way. Rustin Way runs along Commencement Bay; follow it about two miles to Lobster Shop & Headshaw Park.
The course starts at Headshaw Park, runs south and turns, finishing back at the starting area.

$8 per person for: members of Sound Rowers; members of
Masters Rowing Association (must provide number); or Juniors (18 and under).
