Cascade Distance Race

Distance: 5/13 miles
Difficulty: 2 (Calm to moderate conditions)

Race Course

The race starts at the Cedar River Boathouse. The course is out and back.

Short Course: turn around the bright orange buoy by the Atlantic City Boat Launch.
Long Course: three buoys mark the course:

1. By the Atlantic City Boat Launch
2. On the south side of Seward Park
3. In Andrews Bay -- the turn buoy
