Ribbons will be awarded for the top finishers in each class.
Food and drink will be available.
Bathroom and coin-op shower facilities are available at the Swantown Marina near the launch ramps.
There is plenty of lawn for boat set up and laying out gear.
To support the Swantown Small Boat Center, Port of Olympia has waived launch fees (though we do not have exclusive use of the launch ramps). The Port is providing a tent for race officials and a large barbecue on the lawn. There are several picnic tables and smaller barbecues. In case of inclement weather, the tent will be the only available shelter.
The marina is a half mile from the Olympia Farmer's Market (opens at 10am) where you can get fruit and pastries and have a great time and plenty of food after the race. It's the second largest farmer's market in the state (after Pike Place). Between the Market and the Swantown Marina is the new roasting facility and tasting room of Batdorf and Bronson Coffee Roasters... also a fun visit.
